A very special experience

Not long ago, I had the honor of hosting a real Siberian shaman, Aayla, and a temple priestess in my home. It was an evening filled with rituals, powerful energy, and a palpable connection to something greater. But the whole story began rather unassumingly.
I live next to a yoga studio where Aayla held a seminar this past summer. She is one of seven world shamans, and her presence fascinated me from the very beginning. The connection started through Kirsti, who organizes Aayla's events and whom I know from a business mastermind with Renée Moore. Kirsti asked me if some of the seminar participants, who were staying overnight at the yoga studio, could use my shower since there isn't one at the studio. I said yes—a small gesture that set off a chain of unexpected events.
A few weeks later, Kirsti invited me to one of Aayla's evening seminars. It was a powerful evening, during which a temple priestess also performed rituals. After the seminar, Aayla came to my home to meet my cats—a small but heartwarming highlight, as Aayla adores cats. She shared that she received her first initiation as a young girl through an encounter with a snow leopard in the Siberian taiga.
But that was only the beginning. A few days later, Kirsti asked if Aayla and the priestess could use my home for a private ceremony, as the yoga studio was occupied that evening. I agreed, not knowing what a special night lay ahead.
That evening, 15 women gathered in my home. Powerful rituals were performed, Aayla taught her students, and Priestess Emma introduced us to a sacred temple dance she had never shared before. Emma explained that the spirits had guided her to my home and instructed her to teach this unique dance here because I had been part of her wisdom school in past incarnations.
The evening concluded with Aayla performing a private ritual for me—a moment that deeply touched and fulfilled me.
What I took away from this experience: Life offers us miracles when we are open to seeing them. Often, it starts with small gestures, like helping someone, saying yes spontaneously, or following the signs we are given.
Perhaps my story will inspire you to be more open to the unexpected in the weeks ahead. Who knows what wonders life has in store for you?
